James at Ashridge Vehicles was extremely patient and professional....think I was there for 5 hours sorting out all the necessaries! Gave me a fair price for my part ex but also a great deal on the 3 yr warranty and other protection. Don’t normally take all the extras from traders as they are generally well overpriced, but the overall deal with Ashridge was worth it. So refreshing to deal with an independent trader who takes care and no sales pressure. Will definitely return to them again when that time comes.

I first rang Ashridge’s about a car I saw on their website, within the hour I’d got a deposit on the car and an appointment in a few days time to check it out. Obviously the covid situation made things a little more difficult, but the staff and location seemed to be fully equipped and I felt very safe.

The car was in very good condition, James the salesman helped me through the whole process from starting at a solo test drive through to signing the final bits of paperwork, especially with my car being a part exchange this was also easily sorted. Fast forward a week and I’m driving the car around with a smile on my face and they really made it quite easy considering the circumstances.

Saw a car on their website, phoned to make a viewing, 3 days after viewing I was driving it home!! The car (Jaguar xe rsport) was immaculate when picking it up and had so much more spec. on it than advertised and £1000 cheaper than other cars I have seen elsewhere.
Make a B line for James, totally professional, courteous and knowledgable.
My advise is to take out the full package offered, you get a better interest rate and in my case fully covered on everything for 3 years.
I fully recommend Ashridge Vehicles.

Price was very good, sales process was OK under the current Covid-19 restrictions. The Audi S3 we bought was prepared well and in the condition as described. Overall we were happy with the deal. Our only gripe was the minuscule amount of fuel put in the car when we collected. Not knowing the area and it being dark, we had a real worry that we would run out of fuel before we found a petrol station on our return journey. I think you ought to put a minimum 10 litres in each car. Appreciate it all adds up over 100's of cars, but we really did have a fractious 20 minutes before we managed to find one in an unfamiliar car.......

Part Ex price and appraisal of my BMW agreed and completed over phone - fair part ex price given from the off and no stupid games of silly first part ex offer and consequently deal done straight away for purchase of Range Rover Sport - which was in top quality condition and all as described. Collection and handover by James was as smooth as ever and on my way home in no time! No hard sales in warranty, gap and alloys etc etc - just let the guys know that i had chosen my own external warranty. Will be looking at Ashridge without hesitation for my next purchase/upgrade in a couple of years. Far better outfit than competitors with fancy glass buildings!
